Hey Everyone, 

So unfortunately there was no instructor available this morning but we highly encourage you to come out and still get a workout in!! 
We have planned a virtual class as you will see below we have attached videos with tutorials of all the exercises.

This class will be performed in the TURF ROOM
  1. Warm up
  2.  Light conditioning Jog 8-10 times back and forth in 
  3. Muscle activation series
    1. Walking lunges
    2. Walking Lunges W/ Hold 
    3. Lateral Continuous Strenth
    4. Lateral Single Leg Bound (Balance)
    5. Inch Worm
  4. Tabata Circuit = 20/10 To be compelted 3-4 times
    1. Bosu Ball alternating lunges continuous.
    2. Equalizer Bar Holds 
    3. 3 Point Touch Gliders
    4. Front Plank
    5. Pistol Squats
    6. Side Plank
    7. Balance Pad RDL's 
    8. Side Plank
  5. Cool Down
    1. 90 / 90 Seated Hold 
    2. 90 / 90 Split hold
