With Nexus our In-Person training has a number of advantages. We know that when starting a new journey it can be scary, but with In-Person training our trainers will be face-to-face helping your overcome every obstacle. Our job is to teach and motivate you in the right direction to obtain your goal. In Person packages include Nexus Training App.
ONLINE
With our Nexus Training App, it makes online coaching that much easier. We now offer full online strength and conditioning programs that are custom built by our Nexus Trainers to help you obtain your GOAL. Each workout comes complete with exercise tutorials, 24 hour trainer support, full calendar and frequent fitness reminders to keep you motivated. These programs can also be for anyone to be completed anywhere.
COMBINATION
We also offer the best of both options. This includes all advantages you would receive with in-person training with additional workouts to be completed on your own time using our online training options!!! If you are looking for the best fitness results this is the option for you. Be aware this training option requires a full commitment and will test your strength and conditioning.
