FULL BODY - HITT
Monday w/Coach Bev - 6 AM
This class is a complete full body activation. Great way to start the week. No additional equipment required.
UPPER BODY ISOLATION
Wednesday w/Coach Bev - 6 AM
Upper body isolation has been designed to use functional movement with appropriate weight to increase upper body strength.
LOWER BODY POWER
Friday w/Coach Bev - 6 AM​
Lower Body power is a combination class with emphasis on complete lower body strength. High intensity with isolated movements.
