Offseason development is a huge part of our athletes growth. We take a modern long term training approach, targeting athletic based movements to create a more complete comprehensive development model. We design programs for all athletes and with a target to influence in game performance. 

Our number one belief is building a passion towards to process. We know that building the love of your craft will then and only then allow our players to maximize their athletic potential.

Creating a culture and surrounding yourself with the "right" athletes and coaches is a priority.

FACILITY

ACCESS

Athletes receive accessibility to three training locations equipped with gym facility, shooting and skill area, treatment space, etc.

Athlete receive options for full equipment maintenance and skate sharpening. This is completed at both locations and included in programs

DEVELOPMENT APP

Athlete X is a social platform for athletes. This is included for all players this year.

SKILL

This is the in game sport specific skill development. Hockey we focus on skill foundation - situational development - hockey IQ. 

Offseason skill development is completed both in 1 on 1 and group settings

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Offseason programming is designed to simply Improve Speed, Acceleration, Strength, Stamina, Reaction and Mobility, Recovery.

The foundation is created in our complete athlete assessment.

COGNITIVE TRAINING

Ability to understand how to train your mind to influence skill and how to digest game situations.

Allocating appropriate development to more time is used evaluating situations rather than skill associated.

Full performance progression isn't complete if athletes don't properly fuel the body to allow for sustainable performance.
