About - Off Ice Training 

At Nexus we provide off ice programming designed specifically for athletes of all ages and skill levels. From introduction toddler programs to hockey specific intro programs to high performance offseason programming. Our programming takes a holistic long-term approach to athlete development.


We understand that building strength and conditioning is not just about physical performance; it is about fostering overall growth, resilience, and longevity in sports and life. Loving the atmosphere in which takes part. With this philosophy in mind, our experienced coaches design training programs fostered towards all pathways.

We focus on developing highly engaging environments for our young toddler athletes. Targeting direct motor skills, coordination, body awareness. These foundational elements are great building blocks for future athletes.

Nexus provides progressions targeted to sport specific programs that cater to the unique demand of the sport. Our training sessions target modern sport influence such as speed, acceleration, agility, endurance, mobility, recovery and injury prevention,

High Performance


High performance programs are designed to optimize athletic potential and elevate performance to elite levels. We utilized advanced training methodologies, including strength training, plyometrics, resistance, sport isolated movements, periodization techniques, to enhance on ice performance to take athletes to peak.
